Program overview

  • As newly elected politicians representing one of 10 countries, participants must fulfill the promises they made to their constituents, while working to become a truly United League of Nations within a five-year period.
  • While most experiential learning programs have a competitive element, Promises, Promises! goes a step further by getting participants to consider how to go beyond individual / group needs to meet wider organizational goals.

Practical details

  • Minimum group size of 20
  • Teams of 2-5 participants
  • 2.5-3.5 hour program (simulation: 1.5-2 hours, debrief: 1-1.5 hours)
